No, unfortunately, these hybrids, even if bred by breeders trying to standardize characteristics by crossing hybrids with each other, are still too recent for there to be certainty of obtaining certain characteristics in all puppies.
For example, crossing a Yorkshire and a Poodle could result in very different puppies, but even crossing two Yorkipoos could result in non-identical puppies.
For a breed to stabilize and be recognized as such, it can take decades of crossings, many of which are not successful.
Also, keep in mind that the Poodle comes in many sizes and colors, and breeders often experiment, so it's very important to evaluate the weight-height ratio of the puppy to understand what the future size of the adult dog will be.
What Are the Sizes of the Poodle?
The Poodle is recognized in 4 sizes, while there is one called MiniToy or TeaCup which is not recognized.
Toy Poodle: height at the withers 23-28 cm, ideal weight 3-5 kg.
Miniature Poodle: height at the withers 28 – 35 cm, ideal weight 7-8 kg.
Medium Poodle: height 35-45 cm, ideal weight 12/14 kg.
Standard Poodle: height 45-60 cm, ideal weight 22/24 kg.
The presence of all these sizes means that in Poodle crossbreeds, the possibility that the puppy becomes larger or remains smaller than expected is a real possibility.
